In this photo, Troop 55 of St. John the Divine Church stands at the end of the Greater Allegheny Passage (GAP) Trail in Pittsburgh, Penn. The scouts are (from left) Austin Wrubel, Luke Poirot, Conner Adzgery, Will Johnston, Ryan Disch, Wilson Grant and Cade Williams. They completed a 370-mile bike trek from Washington, D.C., to Pittsburgh. The group biked the 185 miles of the C&O Canal Trail, 150 miles of the GAP Trail and an additional 35 miles to and from the trails. Along the way, the Scouts encountered a black bear, rattlesnakes and several trees that were downed by severe weather, and they crossed the Eastern Continental Divide. They gave each other a pat on the back for their strong finish.
