Supporters gathered to preview the new Evelyn’s Park in Bellaire Thurs., April 20 with a special evening celebration. Guests enjoyed dining al fresco with a progressive dining experience, cocktails and live music, and had the opportunity to explore park grounds. The food was provided by Chef Jamie Zelko of The Ivy & James.

Dining by Fireflies was chaired by Brad and Deborah Sondock and host committee/board members included Scott Aaronstein, Terry Leavitt-Chavez, Jeffery Christman, Marilu Garza, Debbie Lapin, Jonathan Palmer, Patricia King-Ritter and Lou Waters.

Evelyn’s Park officially opens to the public with a grand opening Picnic in the Park event this Sat., April 22, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Enjoy culinary events, mini-farmers market, beer and wine tastings, fun fitness classes, kids’ activities and more.
