An annual tradition
Scouts from Troop 211, including (pictured, from left) Wolfy Neukomm, Sean Sisolak and Raumeen Seifi, worked a booth at the Fourth of July celebration festival at Bellaire Town Square following the annual parade. Residents and friends dressed in red, white and blue cheered as patriotic, decorative floats, school bands, Boy Scout troops and classic cars passed by. Closing off the parade was a festival for the families to enjoy games, food and live music.
