'Adopting' Imagination for Autism Awareness Month

Forty students from T.H. Rogers recently enjoyed a fun and educational day at Distroller Wərld in The Galleria. The experience-based boutique partnered with nonprofit Be An Angel in celebration of Autism Awareness Month and provided a positive play experience for the students.

The students had the opportunity to “adopt” their own Neonate Babies, space babies available for adoption at the boutique. Neonate Babies come in a variety of sizes, personalities and species, and promote positive play experiences and imagination.
