Shelby
I am a rescue dog named Shelby, but my new family calls me “Big Silly Goober” when I sit in the shady middle of Mom’s plants. My nose is freckled, and my socks are speckled. Since moving here, I have learned to leap after tennis balls in the cool, deep end of my pool. My four human siblings have taught me how to catch treats they toss – that’s one of my favorite games! I can shake paws and roll over, too. Keeping my family safe from the furry tree critters is another of my skills. I awaken each morning with a hungry tummy, so I jump onto the people bed, blow wet kisses and bellow a big hungry howl. My people just bury themselves deeper under the covers, but they still think I’m the cutest, smartest fur baby ever! They’re so lucky I rescued them from the doldrums of pre-Shelby life.
