Space Center Houston Galaxy Lights
Space Center Houston is offering a special holiday lighting experience through Jan. 5. This all-new, interactive event includes a high-tech kinetic light show, photo stations, a tram tour, an original film entitled “Holiday in Space” and more. The event is open 6-10 p.m. daily.
Beers & Cheers
This weekend-market at Saint Arnold Brewery features local artists and vendors, plus music/entertainment and an appearance by Santa. Bring your family and finish up your holiday shopping while enjoying a cold one!
Winter Flea by Night
Stop by Discovery Green on Saturday night for entertainment and a chance to check out works by local artisans. Enjoy live music, food trucks and lawn games while browsing antiques and other treasures.
Trans-Siberian Orchestra: Christmas Eve and Other Stories
Trans-Siberian Orchestra, the multi-platinum progressive rock group is bringing their Winter Tour 2019 to Houston’s Toyota Center. This unforgettable show, taking place twice on Sunday, will feature all-new staging and effects.
Helicopter Gelt Drop
At this special Chanukah event, guests can watch a miraculous drop of chocolate gelt from the sky! Other event festivities include a giant menorah lighting, crafts for kids, a helicopter show and entertainment, plus refreshments and gifts for sale.
Bellaire Chanukah Festival
Celebrate Chanukah at this annual festival, happening Sunday evening at Bellaire Town Square. Highlights will include snow activities, a delicious dinner buffet, lighting an ice menorah, face painting and more. Tickets cost $10 for adults and $8 for children.
Menorah Lighting at Houston City Hall
Celebrate Chanukah with a menorah lighting at Houston’s City Hall. The event will include addresses by dignitaries and elected officials, music, dreidels, sufganiot (jelly doughnuts), Chanukah gelt and gifts for children.
