Houston International Sports Film Festival
The inaugural Houston International Sports Film Festival is Friday through Sunday. Due to inclement weekend weather, the venue has been moved from Discovery Green to Warehouse Live. Along with films that showcase the relationship between sports and life, there will be sports activities for kids and adults. The event is free and open to the public.

First Saturday Arts Market at Night
The Arts Market will be celebrating their 17-year anniversary this Saturday night. The market is located in the parking lot at 530 W. 19th St., in the heart of the Heights. The market showcases paintings, sculpture, photography, jewelry, and handcrafted items. There will also be live music and food for purchase. This event is free and open to the public.
