Rummel Creek Elementary School students (pictured) dressed in costumes of their native countries and paraded through the school for the annual International Day celebration. Students, teachers, and families all look forward to the beloved tradition at Rummel Creek Elementary where the community has an opportunity to showcase different cultures from around the world and learn about the diverse community. Parent volunteers dedicated their time and efforts to share stories and information about countries around the world, and even added a Parade of Nations to the festival. This year, more than 200 students walked through the hallways wearing international costumes and waving flags while the Memorial High School drumline played.
