Buzz Weekday Workout
Join The Buzz Magazines and Pledge To Fitness trainers for a fun, free, weekly workout in a beautiful setting! We'll meet at Evelyn's Park Conservancy, 8:30 a.m. on Thursdays. This free class will include: -15-minute Warm Up -15-minute Stretch and Corrective Exercise portion -25-minute Targeted Workout -5-minute Cool Down All fitness levels are welcome. No need to RSVP - just join us and bring a positive attitude! Water will be provided. Please bring your own yoga mat, though there will be a few extras. The workout session is hosted by The Buzz Magazines in collaboration with Evelyn's Park Conservancy and Pledge To Fitness.
