Celebrate the arrival of spring with an exclusive one-night-only dinner at Le Jardinier on Monday, April 28. Michelin-starred culinary director of The Bastion Collection Alain Verzeroli joins executive chef Felipe Botero for a collaborative five-course dining experience that captures the vibrant flavors and colors of the season.
Priced at $195 per guest, the evening’s offerings include cured hiramasa, poached white asparagus, Maine lobster with peas and a decadent striploin wagyu with artichokes and crispy potatoes. For dessert, indulge in the parrot mango bliss with passion fruit crémeux and coconut sherbet.
