"In Pursuit of Balance"

In Pursuit Of Balance is taking place on Monday, March 30, 6-9 p.m. It is a walk-around tasting to some of the hottest winemakers with bites provided by top Texas restaurants. In Pursuit of Balance is a group of Pinot and Chardonnay producers started by Raj Parr and Jasmine Hirsch who are focused on changing the paradigm in winemaking from the outdated system of favoring fruity, oaky, high-alcohol wines to embracing food-friendly wines that reflect the natural character of where they’re grown.
