With our guest discussing what makes a great champagne, to tasting guidelines and pairing essentials, you're in for a treat as we demonstrate some amazing dishes that compliment each glass. Use this new found knowledge to make your holiday dinner or any dinner year round exquisite! We will pair and demonstrate:

Buttermilk-Soaked, Bacon-Fried Chicken in Gravy with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs;
Spinach, Arugula & Radicchio, Fried Parmesan Polenta, Seared Duck Breast, Orange Segments, Orange Vinaigrette & Duck Cracklings with Ruinart Rose;
Oysters 2 ways: On the Half Shell with Champagne Vinegar Mign0nnette & Crispy Barbecued Oyster with Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame; and
Assorted Cheese Platter with Krug Grande Cuvee
