Zoodles with Marinara Sauce

Karina Arnold received a “Zoodle Maker” for her birthday and love experimenting making noodles with different fruits and vegetables. A family favorite has been zucchini spaghetti with steamed veggies and a tomato garlic sauce.
1 large zucchini
1/2 cup steamed broccoli and carrots
1/3 cup marinara sauce
Garlic, salt, pepper and basil to taste
Parmesan cheese to garnish
Use a vegetable spiralizer or buy already-made zucchini noodles. Steam the noodles, broccoli and carrots until you can easily stick a fork through them.
While waiting for veggies to steam, warm sauce, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl for 1 minute.
Once veggies are done, place in bowl and top with sauce, basil and a cheese to your liking.
