Chocolate Avocado Pudding

3 large, ripe avocados
¼ cup dark cocoa powder
3-6 tablespoons coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons raw honey
Dark chocolate squares and unsalted almonds to garnish
Combine avocado, cacao powder, coconut milk, vanilla, coconut oil and honey in blender. Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Store leftovers in the refrigerator in Tupperware.
