Live Music in Houston This February
The Super Bowl is the first weekend in February, and Houston is gearing up for it in a major way. Start off the month strong and support the game by attending related concerts for the Super Bowl throughout the city. Then, continue on in the fun by seeing some shows the rest of the month, too!
Jan. 27-Feb. 5: Super Bowl LIVE @ Discovery Green
There will be free concerts every night at Discovery Green leading up to the Super Bowl, with performances from Blue October, Lecrae, Solange, ZZ Top and more!
Feb. 2: Steve Aoki @ Stereo Live
In case you aren’t interested in seeing any of the Super Bowl-related concerts, have a blast at Stereo Live away from all the sports fanatics.
Feb. 2-4: Club Nomadic concerts
Club Nomadic is a pop-up club and concert hall that will feature performances from the Chainsmokers, Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars and Sam Hunt in the days right before the Super Bowl.
Feb. 4: Lil Wayne @ Ayva Center
Lil Wayne is hosting a pre-Super Bowl party and concert at 9 p.m. the night before the big game.
Feb. 15: RAW: Houston = Fashion + Music + Art + Performances
Check out this art and music event that is sure to be a cool event to fill your post-Super Bowl concert gloom.
Feb. 18: Dan + Shay @ Warehouse Live
This country duo has been nominated for multiple awards including “Vocal Duo of the Year” and will put on a great show.
Feb. 19: Eric Johnson @ House of Blues
I have seen Eric Johnson multiple times before, and he always puts on a great and thoughtful live show. He’s a wonderful musician.
Feb. 24: Us the Duo @ House of Blues
Us the Duo is a husband and wife team who perform together, having gotten their start singing on the now-discontinued app Vine.
February is a short month, so take note of all the busyness at the beginning of the month with the Super Bowl and relax for the rest of the time!
