Winnie, age 4, and Zoey, age 9

Hello! I’m Winnie (the white/gray one), and this is my sister Zoey. I’m doing the talking since Zoey is shy. We are both rescue dogs, so our mommy says we are very special. I’m the sassy one. I like to let everyone know that I’m in charge. I love to play with toys, cuddle and get petted by everyone I meet. Zoey is the quiet sister, and she is very sweet. Mommy calls us “spoiled.” I don’t know what that means, but I love my life, so “spoiled” must be a good thing! Our Mommy fosters other Shih Tzu dogs who are looking for a forever home. We always have a foster sibling in the house, which I love. The foster dogs play with me, and I tell them they will find a forever family just like Zoey and I did. I hope to see you in the neighborhood some day. And remember: “Adopt. Don’t shop!”
