Black Bean Brownies
One of Karina Arnold's favorite Instagram accounts (@pinkscheeks) posted this recipe on her Instagram story.
Ingredients:
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
½ cup quick-cooking oats
¼ tsp. sea salt
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp. raw sugar (Karina used brown coconut sugar)
¼ cup coconut oil
2 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. baking powder
Recipe directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour in a 9x9 non-stick pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely. Add frosting and decorations.
