2 ounces Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whiskey 1 ounce Cocchi red vermouth ¼ ounce Dolin dry vermouth Angostura bitters Twist of lemon peel
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the blended Scotch and vermouths. Using an eyedropper, add three half stems of the Angostura bitters. Stir well and strain into a chilled coupe glass and artfully garnish with lemon twist. Makes 1 serving.
