Park at Mark Twain

Huckleberry Park at Mark Twain Elementary, 7500 Braes Blvd., reopened as a SPARK Park through a partnership with Houston ISD, Mark Twain Elementary and the community. Families are invited to play in the park from dawn to dusk on non-school days and from 5:30 p.m. to dusk on school days. The park includes a new play structure, play mounds, a conversation garden, a Gaga ball pit, a multifunction great lawn, an event track, and a mosaic wall created under the guidance of Christine Cowan, the Mark Twain art teacher.
