The neighborhood of five streets that is called Piney Point Manor dates to 1958. None of the guests knew exactly when the holiday cocktail-party tradition started, but 20 of the residents gathered to carry it on. The three hostesses, Amy Voss, (whose home it was), Kristin Waring and Kitty Oldham, provided fabulous appetizers and plenty of holiday spirits to help celebrate the season. Also at the party were Pearl Chu, Kathy Tipton, Walmy Sveen, Brandy Humphrey, Billie Ahkave, Carla Baker, Kat Thompson, Ling Sondersted, Amy Huynh, Alison Mark, Dana Griffin, Adriana Bain, Pauline Mertensotto, Bonnie Zarsky, Lisa Issacson, Susan Reedy and Roz Cooley.
