Pico de Gallo
The key is to use approximately equal amounts of tomatoes and onions. Adjust the amount of peppers based on how hot you like it.
Ingredients:
6 Roma tomatoes
1 white onion
2 cloves garlic
2-3 Serrano and/or jalapeno peppers
1/2 bunch (1/2 cup) of chopped cilantro
Dash of salt and pepper
Recipe directions:
Chop the tomatoes into small cubes and place in a bowl.
Chop onions into small pieces and add to tomatoes.
Chop garlic, peppers and cilantro and add to mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
