Abby Cowan

A rising junior at The Emery/Weiner School, Abby’s interest in journalism began in her sophomore year while taking Journalism class. She contributed to articles written for the 9825, the school’s online news publication and produced video content for the Emery Update, the broadcast news section. When not meeting with her school journalism team, Abby is usually on the tennis court or in the kitchen cooking for her instagram blog, abbysapron. As she hopes to pursue a career in the Journalism field, she is overjoyed to be gaining real world experience by interning at a local publication she has been receiving and reading her whole life.
