Mandy Carrico is the Adult Programs and Outreach Librarian for the Harris County Public Library System. She has been with Harris County Public Library for eight years and has had a variety of roles in children's, teens and adult services. In her free time she loves reading, writing fiction novels, traveling and spending time with her family.
