Abby Cowan’s Pomegranate Parfait

Ingredients

1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
4 teaspoons honey
½ cup pomegranate seeds
½ cup blueberries
½ cup walnuts, chopped

Directions

In a parfait dish, place a layer of each ingredient, one on top of the other. Decorate the top layer with a combination of the pomegranate seeds, blueberries and chopped walnuts. This dish can be made and served right away, or can be made ahead of time and kept cool in the fridge until ready to serve. Serves 1.
