Banana Pancakes
One of Karina’s favorite Instagram fitness accounts, @katiecrewe, posted a picture of her homemade banana pancakes. Karina then found this recipe that mimics her pancakes.
1 banana
2 eggs
½ cup oatmeal
Maple syrup and fruit to garnish (optional)
Scoop of protein powder or chia seeds (optional, for added protein)
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 15-20 seconds.
Cook batter on a pan on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden.
Serve with maple syrup, peanut butter, jam or fruits.
To add more protein, blend a scoop of protein powder or chia seeds along with banana, eggs and oatmeal.
