Cherry-Tomato Michelada
Karina Arnold and her mom love to end the day with an ice-cold beer. Karina found this recipe in Forrest Feast by Erin Gleeson added a flavor kick to the classic beer.
Ingredients:
1 cold light beer
1 lemon
3 drops hot sauce
2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. pepper
3 cherry tomatoes
1 skewer
Recipe directions:
Rub a lemon on the rim of a glass, then dip it in a small plate of mixed salt and pepper. Pour juice from ½ a lemon, three drops of hot sauce and 1 cold light beer in glass in that order. Garnish with three cherry tomatoes on a mini kebab stick.
