Chocolate Banana Ice Cream
Whenever food is about to go bad, Karina Arnold usually freezes it and bananas are no exception. After freezing a large banana and knowing how good the Nutella-banana combo is, Karina decided to blend it together to make a yummy ice-cream treat after a long, hot summer day.
1 large ripe banana (yellow with no brown spots)
¼ cup almond milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder or 1-2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 spoonful Nutella
1 handful of ice
Peel, chop in fourths and freeze banana. Once frozen, add all ingredients to blender and blend thoroughly. Pour in a bowl and garnish with sprinkles or other toppings of choice. Serves one.
