Gooey Grilled Cheese
2 slices of sesame bread
3 slices Colby jack cheese (Karina used a vegan cheese)
½ Tbsp. dried oregano or basil
½ Tbsp. Hemp seeds
Pinch of ground black pepper
Coconut oil or butter to coat bread
Optional: Tomato basil or tortilla soup for dipping
Grease a skillet with a pat of coconut oil or butter. Coat both sides of bread with warm oil. Then, lay bread open-faced on pan and lay two slices of cheese on one bread piece. Then garnish with oregano, pepper and seeds. Add third cheese slice and top with other bread slice. Let bread toast evenly and slowly on both sides, flipping every two minutes until golden brown and cheese is gooey. Once cooked, transfer to plate and enjoy!
