Nutella/PB Yogurt Graham Crackers (Frozen S’mores)

When she was craving s’mores but the rain ruined the chances of a campfire, Karina Arnold placed yogurt with cocoa powder and sliced strawberries on graham crackers her mom bought for making s’mores. After freezing them, a cool alternative to s’mores came to be. 

Ingredients

4 graham crackers
½ cup yogurt (look for yogurt that contains live bacteria and low sugar content)
4 scoops powdered peanut butter or cocoa powder (more or less scoops= more or less flavor)
¼ cup sliced strawberries (optional) 
Marshmallows to garnish (optional) 
​Sprinkles to garnish (optional) 

Directions

Line a plate or pan with parchment paper, set aside. Break graham crackers into along perforated lines and place on paper.

In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter or cocoa powder with yogurt. Spread half of cracker with yogurt mixture and garnish with sliced strawberries and/or marshmallows. Note: crackers can break easily when spreading yogurt, so spread lightly. After spreading and garnishing all crackers, place in freezer overnight.

Eat soon after you take treat out of freezer.
