Praline Cheesecake

From Star of Texas

Ingredients: 

1 heaping cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup sugar
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, at room temperature
1¼ cups brown sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
3 eggs
1½ teaspoons vanilla
½ cup grated pecans

Recipe directions: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into 8- or 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove crust, and reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and brown sugar. Add flour. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add vanilla. Pour into crust and top with pecans. Bake for 45 minutes. Turn off oven and allow cheesecake to remain in oven with door closed for 30 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Serves 10 to 12.
