Slow Cooker Lemon Chicken and Green Beans
Using her “crockpot equation,” Karina Arnold created this dish.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. chicken breast
1 lb. green beans
2 ½ Tbsp. coconut butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tsp. black pepper
½ cup diced tomatoes
Recipe directions:
Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in a gallon bag and freeze overnight or for up to three months. When ready to eat, thaw and add to crockpot and cook for eight hours on “low” setting.
Add the tomatoes the last 30 minutes. After time passes, turn off crockpot and enjoy!
