Tasty Berry Smoothie
Karina Arnold came up with this recipe in her dorm room one day when she realized she had a lot of strawberries, raspberries and blackberries in her refrigerator, which were about to go bad. So she froze the fruit and made a smoothie with the berries the next day.
Ingredients:
½ cup frozen assorted berries
½ banana
¼ - ½ avocado
1 handful of spinach
1 scoop chia seeds
Ice and water to blend
Recipe directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour in a cup and enjoy!
