Turmeric Tonic
Ingredients:
2 cups coconut water
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tsp turmeric powder
Juice from 1 lemon or orange
1 medium carrot
1 Tbsp. raw honey
Pinch of black pepper and cinnamon
Recipe directions:
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Drink as is or strain before drinking.
