Diagnosed with Parkinson’s about five years ago, Ragna started participating in Rock Steady, a boxing class for individuals with Parkinson’s. Research shows that forms of exercise can mitigate symptoms. “Whether or not you were interested in exercise before, you get interested,” she said.
