Ingredients: 

2 medium zucchini, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup Tahini
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 garlic cloves  
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Vegetables to dip

Recipe directions: 

In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients until creamy in consistency and serve.
